What is Reverie?
A native macOS app for running many terminal AI agents at once. Every session gets a home, ranked by what needs your attention and resumable later with its context intact.

Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Cortex Code today, with more on the way. Reverie detects the ones already installed, so you keep the tools you already pay for.
How do I run agents in parallel?
Point Reverie at a folder, start a session, repeat. They all run at once, and the home screen keeps whichever is waiting on a decision at the top.
Do my agents run in the cloud?
No. They run on your own Mac, against your own files, not in a rented sandbox. Voice is transcribed on-device, so no audio leaves the machine.
Does it require git or worktrees?
No. A project is any folder. Reverie has git affordances when a project uses git, but it never requires git or a worktree per agent.
Is it only for developers?
No. Writers, researchers, designers, and operators run agents against folders of notes and documents. Reverie organizes that the same way it organizes code.
What does it cost?
The desktop app is free and needs no account. The mobile companion, still in development, will be the paid part.
What do I need to run it?
macOS on Apple Silicon. Reverie is a native app, not a browser tab, and it ships as a small download.
